Acne is a red, frustrating skin rash primarily mainly affecting teenagers and young adults. It’s one of the most widespread medical conditions in the world. Acne is not caused by anything you’re doing. The exact cause of acne is not known. No specific food or product may cause of this skin disease. But modern experts find a combination of factors which are considered as the cause of acne. The following factors are considered important:

  • For the common of acne sufferers, the trouble begins at teenage years, when the body begins to produce hormones called androgen.
  • The major cause of acne is over activity of the sebaceous glands that exude oily substances on to skin.
  • Acne is the able to be seen end effect of hormonal, bacterial and provocative turbulence that take place at the level of the oil pore.
  • Stress can also cause the production of hormones, which can aggravate acne.
  • Harsh facial products can dehydrated the skin out causing the body to create even more sebum to recompense which also may cause of acne.
  • Some times it may see that during the pregnancy period there creates acne pimples on mother’s skin.

You always need to remember that no specific product, food or dirt on your skin can be the cause of acne. Even acne can’t spread catching from someone else.
