Skim milk instead of whole milk can help control acne too. Cream milk has fat pustules which can adversely affect your skin. Any foods high in fat or fatty oils only add to the problem. Skim milk has almost no fat so therefore can be more easily digested. This keeps the body much cleaner.

For someone who is suffering from acne the added benefit of clear skin can make the diet change well worth the trouble. You may not be used to eating whole grain breads or fresh salads. These things, however, can keep your body more free of toxins than the fast foods you would normally consume. You will find packing a lunch and eating healthier may be even more beneficial on your budget. One thing you will notice is a more clear complexion. Your skin will be smoother and will take on a natural glow. Healthy skin is beautiful.
